Here are 5 ways to start your day off right
1. Make a date with a pal to get coffee or go for a morning run.
3. Make a list of 5 things your are grateful for every morning for a week.
4. Have a mini photo shoot on your way to work. Take your camera or use your phone and take photos of your city. Upload them to instagram when you get to work.
5. Get up 15 minutes earlier and take your time getting ready. Add one more thing you might not wear i.e. put on lipstick or some earrings.
