For the past two years I have shared monthly goals on my blog. As I was going over those goals the other day, I realized that each month they all seemed the same--get fit, work on blog, eat healthy, and take more photos etc... After taking Elise "I Choose" class, I starting thinking about how I wanted my monthly goals to work this year.
I have decided that I am going to follow Elise outline of the class and CHOOSE five different categories and set goals within those categories. This year I want every month to be a little different. I don't want the same thing month after month because clearly I wont to do them. One thing that I am going to work really hard on this year is not to get upset with myself if I don't meet all my goals. I WILL do my BEST each month and at the end of the month I will be thankful for everything I accomplished.
I choose to run 40 miles (2 miles a day, 5 days a week for 4 weeks)
I choose to knit 62 honeycombs (will blog about this project next week)
I choose to blog every day this month (to get back into the habit of blogging)
I choose to wake up 30 minutes earlier each morning to journal
I choose to tell one person each day that I love them
